Sathyam Homes And its Sister concerns R.M. Builders and Satheyam were started on July 2000 by Mr. R.Murugesan. R.M. Builders did a turn over of Rs. 45,00,000/- in its first year and has been showing a steady growth since then. Formerly with Appaswamy Real Estate Mr. Murugesan has 20 years of hands on experience and has been trained in the construction field with them.

He has been involved in core building activites and has been part of most of their prestigious projects until 2000. Sathyam Homes And its Sister concerns R.M. Builders and Satheyam have to their credit 13 projects in a span of 11 years thus showing their capacity to grow in leaps and bounds in the years to come.
